MrYellow is a food delivery platform built for Siargao, connecting local diners with restaurants across the island and bringing their favourite meals straight to their door. It runs as a complete system having a customer app, restaurant app, rider app, and admin panel, all working together under one brand.
The client came to us already running a food delivery business, but on a rented SaaS platform that gave him little control over his own product.
We rebuilt MrYellow on our own food delivery solution, customized to his exact requirements, and handed over a platform he fully owns and runs. Today it operates as an independent, fully branded app, with room to grow into new on-demand services beyond food.
MrYellow’s owner’s real challenge here wasn’t starting from zero; it was moving off a platform that was already live and taking orders, without losing what was already working.
