Terms and Policies

1. Payment Policy

We understand that payment is an essential part of any project, and we aim to make our payment policy as clear and transparent as possible. Our payment policy consists of three key payment milestones, including an initial payment, an MVP payment, and a final payment. Additionally, we provide concessions on delays, but not on extended customizations or changes made during development, and partial refunds may be available under certain criteria.

Here is a breakdown of our payment policy:

  • Initial Payment

We require an initial payment of 30% upfront before starting any project. This payment covers our initial project scoping and planning processes, and enables us to begin work on your project with confidence.

  • MVP Payment

Once we have delivered an MVP (Minimum Viable Product), which is typically within 10-15 days, we require a 20% payment. This payment represents our progress in building the key features and functionality of your app, and helps us to continue development with the necessary resources and support.

  • Final Payment

The remaining 50% of the payment should be made as soon as the project is completed within the provided deadline. This payment represents the successful completion of your project and enables us to finalize any remaining features or functionality.

We also offer the following concessions:

  • Delays

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise during development, and we offer concessions on delays that are not caused by extended customizations or changes made during the development process.

  • Refunds

We do not accept refunds once a project has reached the MVP stage, as we have already invested significant resources into your project. However, we may offer partial refunds under certain criteria, as outlined in our refund policy.

Clear communication is a priority throughout the payment process, and we will provide regular updates on the project's progress and communicate any changes to the payment plan. We believe that this approach enables us to build successful, long-term partnerships with our clients and ensures that we deliver the highest quality products possible.

2. Refund Policy

At vativeApps, we strive to deliver high-quality products and exceptional service to our clients. We understand that sometimes a refund may be necessary, and we have outlined our refund policy below:

  • Refunds for Ready-made Products

We do not offer refunds for ready-made products once the source code has been successfully downloaded.

  • Refunds for Custom Projects

We do not accept refunds for custom projects once the project has reached the MVP stage, as we have already invested significant resources into your project. However, we may offer partial refunds under certain criteria.

  • Criteria for Partial Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work or our service, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The following criteria must be met to qualify for a partial refund:

    • You must provide clear and specific feedback on why you are not satisfied with the quality of our work or our service.
    • You must provide this feedback in writing within seven (7) days of the project's completion.
    • Our team must have the opportunity to address your concerns and make any necessary revisions or adjustments to the project.
  • Refunds for Delays

If a project is delayed beyond the provided deadline, we offer concessions on delays that are not caused by extended customizations or changes made during development. However, we do not offer refunds for delays.

  • Refund Process

If you meet the criteria for a partial refund, we will work with you to determine the appropriate amount and process the refund within thirty (30) days of our agreement. If you have any questions or concerns about our refund policy, please contact our team for further assistance.

We believe that this refund policy is fair and transparent and enables us to provide the best possible service to our clients. Thank you for considering us for your development needs.
