Terms of refund policy

We ensure that all our customers are completely satisfied with our products and services. We are committed to provide you with the product of your needs and a product which is free from errors and is as described. Before you purchase any product, make sure you comply by the rules given here.

We reserve the right to change any of the pricing of any product at any given time without any notice. Product price changes won’t apply to those who’s payment are on pending by the payment provider or bank. Furthermore, we reserve the right to suspend support or providing of any of the services if you don’t comply by the rules.

Refund policy

We, at vativeApps, ensure that our customers are provided with best products and services with complete support until the stage when your product is up and running. We provide demo of each and every product we sell here so that you are satisfied before you proceed to purchasing. Due to the nature of digital goods, it’s not possible to “return” them.

Refunds are not granted on products which are downloaded soon after the purchase. As soon as you download the product, the sale is closed and no refund requests are accepted in anyway.

The products you purchase may take 2-3 business days to be delivered and within that time period you can request for refund with proper details provided.
